What Is the Pilgrimage of Now?

A simple invitation to slow down, gather, and remember what it means to be human.

I’ve spent most of my life building spaces for people to be.

Houses, rooms, places you can touch.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to build something you can’t hold in your hands.

A feeling.

A sense of belonging.

That electricity you feel when people gather with open hearts and real stories.

The Pilgrimage of Now grew out of that desire — to build connection, courage, and community, one gathering at a time.

No Kings.

No Followers.

Just Us.

“We don’t have to wait for a perfect moment.

We are the moment.”

I don’t believe change has to come from the top — not from governments, billionaires, or people with microphones.

It can start in small rooms, in backyards, in circles of people who care.

This pilgrimage isn’t about leading anyone.

It’s about walking alongside each other.

Side by side.

Just people who care enough to move.

  • Listen

I show up in communities to listen first.

    No assumptions.

    Just presence.

  • Gather

We cook, eat, and sit together.

Fire, food, and conversation — these are the oldest tools we have for building trust.

  • Reflect & Dream

    We ask simple questions:

    What hurts?

    What helps?

    What could we build together?

No big agenda — just honest dialogue.

There was a time — not long ago in human history — when communities learned what was happening in the world from travelers.

People who walked from place to place carrying stories, hope, and truth.

They weren’t kings or officials.

They were people who paid attention.

And the more I listened to different communities, the more I realized:

that’s the role I feel called into.

Someone who carries stories from one gathering to the next.

Someone who listens before speaking.

Someone who reflects the truth of a community back to itself.

I believe the real problems — and the real solutions — can only come from the people who live in a place.

Not from the news.

Not from politics.

Not from people shouting at each other online.

Every community knows what is breaking their heart.

Every community knows what it needs.

The Pilgrimage of Now exists to make space for those conversations.
